Yes. The desktop tracker shows a visible tray indicator whenever a session is running and screenshots are being captured. We require admins to obtain consent from each agent before provisioning them, and capture only happens while a session is active.
Time session start/stop, periodic screenshots (default every 10 minutes, configurable, with optional blur and multi-monitor support), keyboard and mouse activity as counts only — never keystroke content — plus the active window and idle state. Nothing is captured while a session is stopped.
Idle detection is meeting-aware: it recognises Zoom, Teams, and Webex and an active microphone, and it never auto-clocks anyone out. Activity is scored server-side as a signal, not a verdict, and breaks support per-break caps. The goal is proof of work without surveillance theatre.
Each client contract carries billing rules — hourly, fixed, or hybrid, plus overtime, misc fees, and reimbursements. Approved timesheets automatically generate invoice line items, which you can preview, edit, and export as PDF. Invoice amounts are snapshotted at invoice time.
Yes. Reviewer is a free, read-only seat for client stakeholders — they can view the contracts, timesheets, and invoices scoped to them, and nothing from any other client or organisation. Billers, by design, have no access to screenshots at all.
